Returns & Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL once the minimum order requirement is reached and the item moves into production. We offer no returns or refunds.

Refunds 
Once the minimum order quantity is reached there are no refunds issued. In the case that the minimum order quantity is not reached and the product has not gone into production, then a refund will be given to all original purchasers and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds typically take 10 business days to process but may take longer. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact Keith Helms at keithrbc1@gmail.com. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned. 

Exchanges 
Exchanges are only allowed within 30 days of the shipping date. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: REVELATION BAIT COMPANY, 1154 FALCON RIDGE CT., MILFORD, OH 45150, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All contests/sweepstakes/raffles/giveaways do not require a purchase to be entered. Send an email to keithrbc1@gmail.com with the words REGISTER TO WIN in the subject line to submit an entry. Only one entry per email address. The winner(s) will be randomly drawn from the list of purchasers and email entries. Each purchased item counts as a "ticket" of entry for a chance to win. Any taxes, fees or shipping costs are the responsibility of the winner(s). The contest will not be conducted if the minimum of 100 entries are recorded or purchased.

APPLICABLE LAW

SHIPPING

We ship from our warehouse using the USPS and Amazon. All items are ship standard. There are no options to expedite or overnight ship any products. Every order is insured with the US Postal Service. Shipping charges are applied to each product ordered.

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but there are no guarantees. Shipping times can be estimated as follows:
USA: 5- 8 business days
International: 10-20 business days

CUSTOMS

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

MISSING ORDERS

Our products are shipped insured. If your item does not show up here's what to do BEFORE reaching out to us:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

• Ask your local post office if they have your package.

• Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

• ​

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at keithrbc1@gmail.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, there may be nothing we can do because it was delivered as you stated, but please feel free to contact us at keithrbc1@gmail.com and we will help you if we can.

The best advice we can give is to double check that all your information is correct before purchasing. Also be aware that package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be.
